HSN's Sunday Today's Special isn't one item. It's ten Andrew Lessman supplement lines, 41 bottle and tub sizes in all, sold under the banner "Choice of Memory & Joint Support Essentials" for $8.90 to $169.90. Shipping is free on every size.
We pulled the price of each size, then looked for the same product and count on Amazon, where the brand's own ProCaps storefront sells it. Here's the scoreboard first.

HSN came in lower on all 18 matches. The 360-capsule Memory and Brain and the 360-count ALC Kit didn't turn up in Amazon's search results, so those two have no comparison row.
How big is the discount once you ignore HSN's "was" price?
Smaller than the tag suggests. HSN's "was" figure sits above what the same bottle costs on Amazon today, so the percent-off on HSN's page overstates the gap you'd feel.

Still a real cut. Just read it as 17–30% on the big sizes, not 33–43%.

Which size gives the lowest cost per day?
The biggest one, every time, and the drop is steep on the cheapest item. Label directions are one capsule a day for Memory and Brain and for ALC 400, and two a day for Cranberry with D-Mannose.

The 720-count ALC bottle is almost two years at one a day. Check the expiration date when it arrives and think about whether you'll really finish it.
Which collagen tub is the cheapest scoop?
Five collagen powders are in the offer, and they don't line up the way the names suggest. Per serving, at today's prices:

The oddity: the Free Range powder with added MSM costs less per scoop at 360 servings than the plain Free Range tub does at 240. If you don't mind which source, that 360 tub is the low-cost pick. If you avoid fish, skip the three "Marine" powders.
What's actually in these, and who should check first?
From HSN's descriptions: Memory and Brain lists huperzine, ginkgo biloba, vinpocetine, bacopa, a turmeric extract, vitamin D3, a B-complex, panax ginseng, ashwagandha and L-theanine. ALC 400 is 400 mg of acetyl L-carnitine. Cranberry with D-Mannose pairs 400 mg of cranberry extract with 500 mg of D-mannose. The collagen powders add 500 mg of MSM where the name says so.
HSN's own pages carry the standard line: "This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease."
Two public-agency notes worth reading before you order. The NIH's complementary-health center says ginkgo may raise bleeding risk in people on blood thinners such as warfarin, and may be unsafe in pregnancy. Its cranberry page says evidence on a warfarin interaction is conflicting and warns against using cranberry in place of treatment for a UTI.
